The 25th Nordic conference for professionals working with forcibly displaced people

Treatment and psychosocial support in continuous crisis

Oslo | 25-26 November 2027

Nationaltheatret Conference Centre

We are pleased to welcome professionals working with forcibly displaced people to a conference which can inspire and contribute to the development of the field both in the Nordic countries and internationally.

Globally 117 million people are forcibly displaced and compelled to leave their homes due to factors like persecution, conflict, violence, human rights violations, or disasters. The goal of the conference is to exchange research-based and clinical knowledge on the interdisciplinary treatment and psychosocial support for people living in continuous crisis. Join colleagues and experts from across the Nordic countries and beyond to strengthen network and collaboration.

The conference brings together research, clinical knowledge and experiences from practice, offering opportunities to:

  • Gain new perspectives on continuous crisis, treatment and psychosocial support in situations of continuous crisis.

  • Explore research, clinical approaches and practical experiences.

  • Learn how different services and professions can work together to provide better support.

  • Exchange knowledge, discuss challenges and build professional networks across the Nordic countries.

Join us in Oslo to share knowledge, exchange experiences and explore new approaches to forced displacement.
